Shipping Policy

At VALRIC, we ship nationally and internationally, taking the utmost care with each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Spain and Portugal (Peninsula)

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping is free for orders over €100. Shipping costs are not included for orders under €100.

During periods of high demand (such as sales or Black Friday), delivery times may be extended up to 15 business days.

Exceptions:
Free shipping is not available to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. In these cases, shipping and customs fees will be borne by the customer. If the order is not picked up at customs, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.

We do not ship to post offices.

European Union

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days.

Shipping is free for orders over €250. Shipping costs are not included for orders under €250.

During periods of high demand, delivery times may be extended up to 15 business days.

International (outside the EU)

We ship to several countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, and other international destinations.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs are not included in all international orders.

Customs and tariffs:
For shipments outside the EU, import taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in the order or shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for paying these fees upon receipt of the merchandise.

VALRIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or delays caused by local authorities. We recommend that you inquire in advance about the import conditions for each country.

Order reception

Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the contents and condition of the package.
If you find any incorrect, missing, or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, indicating:

  • Date of receipt.

  • Description of the problem.

  • If possible, a photograph of the package and its contents.

At VALRIC, we will do everything possible to offer you a quick and satisfactory solution.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and Refunds Policy – VALRIC

At VALRIC, we work to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to make an exchange or return, we'll explain the terms and conditions and how to proceed.

SIZE CHANGES

If you need to change the size of an item, you can request it within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Shipping and collection costs are not included in size exchanges and will therefore be the customer's responsibility.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes at the time of your request. If stock is not available, you can choose to return the item according to the conditions indicated below.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Shipping and return processing costs will always be borne by the customer.

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

Be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and unaltered.

Keep all labels, original packaging and accessories (if any).

Do not show signs of manipulation, damage or deterioration.

Once the item has been received and its condition verified, you will be notified by email whether the return has been accepted or rejected.

REFUNDS

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The estimated time to process the refund is 7 to 14 business days from receipt of the returned product.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

VALRIC reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the established conditions.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

To process an exchange or return, contact us through our contact form or by writing to valricwear@gmail.com (subject: RETURN)
indicating:

Order number.

Reason for the exchange or return.

In case of exchange, the new desired size.

Our team will respond as soon as possible with the necessary instructions to complete the process.
